Expo Vendor Rule
Merchandise: No bootlegs/knockoffs, AI art, adult content (family-friendly events), or weapons without approval. Nothing licensed by Nintendo; we cannot allow any form of Nintendo related properties or IP to be sold or showcased
Booth/Space: Must stay within limits, keep aisles clear, not obstruct fire safety equipment, and follow height/wall finish rules (fireproofing often required).
Operations: Must be staffed during hours, no subletting without permission, and require pre-approval for music/lighting.
Logistics: Responsible for taxes, permits, insurance (sometimes), power, and shipping (additional fees may apply).
Conduct: Family-friendly atmosphere required (no profanity/lewdness in public view), and abide by all laws and venue rules.
Sales/Taxes: Vendors responsible for collecting money, taxes, and licenses.
During closing time we suggest that you lock away your items or cover your booth overnight. We will have security to survey the area, but EXP, the venue and all affiliates will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged property.

What we are providing:
Basic shared power and free WIFI will be provided at no additional cost. If your booth needs custom power needs please let us know, as there will be an additional charge.
You may not move or add tables, relocate, or use unauthorized furniture for your display. You may only use specified and provided tables and chairs. If you are bringing an elaborate set up, please let us know about it.
